Please complete the DSI Metals, Inc. Credit Application for consideration.  A completed application may be emailed to info@dsimetals.com or you may fax the application to 843-662-7005.  Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Terms:

• Net 30
• Credit applicants must understand that accounts in default of payment terms may be subject to finance charges of 1.5% per month.  The applicant will be responsible for all collection costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees.  Applicant also understands that no unauthorized deductions will be taken, including surcharges related to fuel and/or steel products.
